Hey everyone!  Hope you all enjoyed watching me cook pancakes live!   I promised you the real recipe, so here you go!


  • 1/2 cup cassava flour
  • 1 cup potato starch
  • 1 tsp coconut flour
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter (or liquid fat of choice)

Mix batter and let sit for five minutes, then cook like pancakes (medium heat, flip when batter starts to form bubbles and pop).

That’s it!  Simple and delicious!

And don’t forget, even though they’re pancakes, they can still be used for other things – like sandwiches!
